Representing the Powerless Against the Powerful

Fighting for Victims of Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect

California, Nevada and Arizona Nursing Home Injury Lawyers

When our elder loved ones move into nursing homes, long-term care facilities or board and care facilities, we trust that they will receive attention, medical care, proper nutrition and will be generally well-cared for. Unfortunately, this does not always happen, even in the best of facilities. Because of their special needs, the elderly are particularly vulnerable to illness and injury.

If someone you love has fallen ill, been injured or even died because of elder abuse or nursing home neglect, we can help. At the San Francisco offices of the Brandi Law Firm, we have over 70 years of combined experience helping the injured. We serve clients throughout California, Nevada and Arizona, working hard to hold nursing homes, long-term care facilities, board and care facilities and hospitals responsible for the harm their staffers cause.

Contact us today to schedule a free consultation with an experienced elder abuse attorney. We pride ourselves on representing the powerless against the powerful. Call us toll-free at 800-481-1615, locally in the San Francisco area at 415-989-1000, or send us an e-mail.

Strong Advocacy for Vulnerable Elders

We have earned our reputation for successful, aggressive representation of elderly clients and their families. Over the years, we have achieved over $1.5 billion in verdicts and settlements for our clients. Our attorneys have the compassion and understanding to treat our clients with dignity and respect. Perhaps more importantly, the Brandi Law Firm has the experience, perseverance and resources to fight against large institutions whose improper staffing/training, high turnover rates and lax procedures have allowed abuse or neglect to occur.

In addition to helping your loved one recover financial compensation for their pain and suffering, our work has the added benefit of often bringing about changes within the nursing homes themselves. A lawsuit may very well prompt a nursing home, residential care facility, long-term care facility or board and care facility to review its procedures, hopefully preventing future harm to other vulnerable residents.

If you have noticed signs of abuse or neglect in a loved one who lives at a residential care facility, we are here to help. Contact the Brandi Law Firm for a free consultation to discuss your concerns. Feel free to call us at 800-481-1615, at 415-989-1000 or contact us online.
